Master’s Degree (Second Class) in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering for a recognized University;
OR

Bachelor’s Engineering Degree (Second Class) in Computer Systems/Software Engineering/Information and
Communication System/Computer and Information System from a recognized University. Registration with PEC.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs test in the relevant subject.

years experience in the relevant trade.
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Only male candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs test in the relevant technology.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT
6.  One (01) Post of Senior Registrar (B-18) Prosthetic Dentistry in BMC.
Zonal Allocation
Merit (All Balochistan) 01
Qualification & Experience:
I.  B.D.S or equivalent qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC.
II.  FCPS/MDS (Pak) OR
MCPS/M.Sc in the relevant specialty recognized/registered by PM&DC and having 2 years teaching experience
as Lecture/Demonstrator/Instruction before or after aforesaid qualifications.
Age Limit:  27 to 40 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan  (in case of
person already in government service with atleast three years service the upper age limit shall not apply).
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs Test in the relevant subject.

7.  One (01) Post of Senior Lecturer (B-18) Preventive & Public Health Dentistry in BMC.

Qualification:BDS/Level IIa (M.Sc), IIb (M.Phil) & III post-graduation like Ph.D/FCPS/MDS/M.Phil or other
equivalent qualifications which are recognized by the PM&DC.
Age Limit:  27 to 40 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan  (in case of
person already in government service with atleast three years service the upper age limit shall not apply).
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs Test in the relevant subject.
8.  Two (02) Posts of Senior Registrar (B-18) Neurology in BMC.

Qualification:  MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized/registered by the PM&DC. FCPS/MD in the
respective specialty or other equivalent qualification in the relevant specialty recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
Age Limit:  27 to 40 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan  (in case of
person already in government service with atleast three years service the upper age limit shall not apply).
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: MCQs Test in the relevant subject.
Note:
In case of non-availability of suitable candidate(s) from concerned zone(s) the
post(s), will be filled by candidates of other zone(s) on merit basis i.e All Balochistan.

For Female:  a)  Registered Nurse with PNC;
b)  Registered Midwife with PNC; and
c)  Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from a recognized university; or one year Diploma in Ward
Management (registered with PNC); and one year Diploma in Teaching Administration (registered
with PNC); and
d)  Having at least three (3) years service experience in BPS-16 as such.
For Male:  a)  Registered Nurse with PNC;
b)  Having a post basic diploma (registered with PNC) or a certificate from a recognized institute; and
c)  Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from a recognized university; or one year Diploma in Ward
Management (registered with PNC); and one year Diploma in Teaching Administration (registered
with PNC); and
d)  Having at least three (3) years service experience in BPS-16 as such.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.

b)  Having a post basic specialized diploma from a recognized institute; ORBachelor of Science four
(04) years (Generic Nursing) from a recognized University
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.

CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS
12th April 2016
a)  The application on the prescribed form must reach the Balochistan Public Service Commission, Quetta
by hand or by mail on or before 12-04-2016 (Tuesday) during office hours.
b)  No extra time is allowed for postal transit etc.
TESTIMONIALS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM
1 Verified copies of Matriculation to final academic qualification (Certificates & Degrees) alongwith detail marks sheet.
2 Verified copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
3 Duly deposited treasury Challan (Green Original) as examination fee and one photocopy of deposited Challan.
4  Five attested fresh (Passport Size) photographs bearing the name and parentage of candidate. One photograph must be
pasted on the specific place provided on the application form.
5  Three character certificates (One from Head of last attended Educational Institution and two from different Gazetted
Officers) (for non serving candidates).
6 Departmental permission from the Competent Authority (for in Service candidates).
7 Experience Certificate (where required) from the Competent Authority.
8 Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORMS:  Application forms are available at  www.bpsc.gob.pk  and can be obtained from the Commission’s office situated at Samungli Road (Near Railway Crossing) Quetta Cantt: on production of Treasury Challan (Green Colour).
APPLICATION FEE: The Candidates are required to attach with the application form the original treasury receipt of Rs. 2000 for BPS-19 & BPS-20, Rs.1000 for BPS-18 and Rs.600 for BPS-16 & 17. The amount should be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of Government of Balochistan under the Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM.FEE RECEPIT BPSC.
