DIRECTORATE OF LITERACY & NON-FORMAL EDUCATION
1. One (01) Post of Assistant Director (B-17)
Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree (2ndClass) in Social Sciences from a recognised University.
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs.
PLANNING & DEVLOPMENT DEPARTMENT
2. Two (02) Posts of Research Officer (B-17)
Qualification & Experience: 2ndClass Master’s Degree in Economics, Agriculture Economics, Statistics, Business Administration/Management and Commerce from a recognised University.
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: Subjective paper in English, Current Affairs and Economics.
FISHERIES DEPARTMENT
3. Three (03) Posts of Marine Biologist (B-17)
Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree (2nd Class) in Fisheries or Zoology or Marine Biology or Fresh Water Biology or Oceanography or B.S (Marine Sciences) or equivalentqualification in the relevant subject from a recognised University.
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years plus ten years general upper age relaxation granted by the Govt. of Balochistan.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus: Subjective paper in General Fisheries.

Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree (2
ndClass) in Fisheries or Zoology or Marine Biology orFresh Water
Biology or Oceanography or B.S (Marine Sciences) orequivalent qualification in the relevant subject from a recognised University.

TESTIMONIALS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM
1 Verified copies of Matriculation to final academic qualification (Certificates & Degrees) alongwith detail marks sheet.
2 Verified copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
3 Duly deposited treasury Challan (Green Original) as examination fee and one photocopy of deposited Challan.
4 Five attested fresh (Passport Size) photographs bearing the name and parentage of candidate. One photograph must be pasted on the specific place provided on the application form.
5 Three character certificates (One from Head of last attended Educational Institution and two from different Gazetted Officers) (for fresh candidates).
6 Departmental permission from the Competent Authority (for in Service candidates).
7 Experience Certificate (where required) from the Competent Authority.
8 Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORMS: Application forms are available at www.bpsc.gob.pk and can be obtained from the Commission’s office situated at Samungli Road (Near Railway Crossing) Quetta Cantt: on production of Treasury Challan (Green Colour).
APPLICATION FEE: The Candidates are required to attach with the application form the original treasury receipt of Rs.2000 for BPS-19 & BPS-20, Rs.1000 for BPS-18 and Rs.600 for BPS-16 & 17. The amount should be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of Government
of Balochistan under the Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM.FEE RECEPIT BPSC.
